All returning students must complete Registration for next school year.

Current proof of Residence is required.  
The school system only accepts bills (gas, water, electric, lease or mortgage) in parent/guardian's name.

All 2020-2021 Affidavits will expire the last day of school. Affidavits must be renewed for 2021-2022(every school term)

If any temporary/guardianship changes, please submit current document(s) for 2021-2022.

Parent must fill out Student Information Form 2021-2022.docx.  Form must be signed.
